Before founding Unitive Growth, Michael held senior roles at Prohaska Consulting, Advantage Media, and OwnerIQ, leading initiatives in marketing communications, retail media, data strategy, and digital transformation. His approach—combining strategic vision with hands-on execution—has also guided major brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Mastercard, and other Fortune 500 companies in building marketing infrastructures that deliver measurable growth and lasting impact.

As Unitive’s Creative Lead, Kevin combines strategic insight with hands-on execution to help higher-education institutions strengthen their brand identity, engage diverse audiences, and drive measurable enrollment and reputation outcomes.
Before joining Unitive, Kevin held senior creative roles at Hasbro and Addventures, leading cross-platform campaigns for globally recognized brands including Marvel, Star Wars, NERF, Aetna, and CVS Health. His expertise spans digital, video, broadcast, and internal communications—skills he now applies to higher-ed initiatives that demand both creative excellence and operational discipline.
